Getting more bookings

Hello, I'm a young business on Andros island Bahamas. How do I get more clients coming my way? My listing is set up as a bed and breakfast or clients can opportunity to dine in the neighborhoods on native cuisine .I make all of the reccomend changes the company suggests but traffic is slow. All positive suggestions are welcomed.

@Sheree10 I agree with all the other comments about the photos. You will want to have a minimum of 8 high-quality landscape photos for Airbnb's Algorithm to pick up your listing (you have 7 low-quality photos).

Your description lacks too your place sounds like it could be a special paradise but that is not promoted. I suggest looking at hotel websites in your area to study how they market their property and use this to inspire the description of your property.

Hope this helps 🙂

Hello Sheree

I seen your photos, and they're not atractive. Some are blur, and a little dark.

You have photos of food, a photo of a shower curtain (?), but how about the place?

What makes your listining highlight?

@Sheree10 I agree with @Rita662 . Based on your listing I have no idea

1) What I get ( 1 or 2 bedrooms, where is the bathroom)

2) How close to the sea am I?

3) What does the rest of the house look like?

4) Is there a deck/patio

I advise you to search for your location as if you are a guest and see what others are offering

Hi @Sheree10 , the photos in your listing are blurry and do not do justice to your property description and locale. The photos need to be clear in both quality and layout.  For example, showcase the entire bathroom instead of the shower curtain. Same goes for all the other rooms in the house. The plates of food.. well, they do not look enticing as they are now.
In the airbnb help center there are tips on "How can I take great photos of my listing?"  Take a read.
You could also google search other airbnbs in your area, e.g., 'Vacation rentals in Behring Point Settlement' and take a good look at the quality and type of photos and how they are presented.
Also browse airbnb listings in Bahamas generally - e.g., 'Bahamas airbnb'.
(I saw this one that's similar to yours -  "Water's Edge Cottage (Beachfront with golf cart")

See what I mean?

Good luck in your hosting journey and hope to see you around in the Community Center (CC)!

@Sheree10  Many people are good at taking photos, it doesn't have to be a professional photographer.

Maybe you have a friend or family member you could enlist for this in exchange for helping them out in some way, or trading for a few days free stay at your place.
