With this in mind, I decided to create a guide to make it easier for anyone to reach Airbnb’s Customer Support.
Before you try contacting Airbnb, it’s worth checking for a solution on the Airbnb Help Centre.
In the Help Centre, you'll find immediate answers to questions about popular topics, including refunds, reviews, payments, and cancellations.
Contact your Host or guest
Communicating with each other directly is often the quickest and easiest way to find a solution between you. Send a message to your guest or Host, or try calling them.
Use the Airbnb Resolution Centre
If you need to send or request money for something that wasn't included in your reservation cost, use the Airbnb Resolution Centre to send or request money through Airbnb safely. We'll get involved if you need help working out the details with your guest or Host.
