HOA RUINING ME!!!!!

Hi guys. I really need help!!! I have bookings on Airbnb and I love doing Airbnb!!! My HOA sent a violation notice saying that I need to remove all my listings IMMEDIATELY!!!! I don’t want to do it nor will it leave a good impact on my Airbnb hosting account. WHAT SHOULD I DO???

Are you running an STR business contrary to the terms of your HOA lease . 

Surely you would have checked the lease before starting up your business ..

if you aren't breaking the terms of your HOA lease demonstrate this by providing them with a copy of your lease. If you aren't breaking breaking the terms then you need to put your listing on hold and cancel any upcoming bookings @SM-Elite-Stays0 

the HOA isn't 'ruining you' if you've been operating and STR business against the terms of your lease.
