HOSTING REQUIREMENTS IN DUBAI

Hi,

I am a super host for my properties in Goa India, while I live here in Dubai, UAE.

I'd like to gain some knowledge about hosting in Dubai, UAE.

Could someone give me a heads up on how to start here, as I see some good potential for it?

I do not own a property here, but I know of people owning some in my close social circle and would like to know if that circle could be useful as a spring board to help me start off?

What about unknown people, how does it work for them, how do I get them on board?

Local laws, are there any hindrances that I need to be aware of?
