We have a whole apartment letting. We take up to 3 adult guests.
It is 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and smaller one a single bed.
I charge £30 per night for the third guest which is a 50% addition to the charge for two guests.
The cleaning price is added separately as a set fee.
Am I charging too much for a third guest at 50% extra?
Many thanks, David.
@David6467 30 - 50% extra may be an appropriate amount for a third if it's clear that a party of 2 will not have access to the second room.
But if a party of 2 is permitted to use both bedrooms, the logic of the pricing structure falls apart.
I agree with @Anonymous. I think there will be many occasions where 2 guests use both bedrooms hence the extra fee may be slightly high
