Could you recommend the best places to buy guest supplies such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and other personal hygiene products at good prices?

I would also be grateful for any tips, recommendations, or lessons you’ve learned that could help a new host get started successfully.

Welcome! For the bathroom stuff, most hosts I know land on bulk gallon jugs of body wash, shampoo and conditioner and refill wall-mounted dispensers rather than buying little bottles over and over cuz it's way cheaper per stay and guests actually trust the sealed dispenser look more than half-used minis. Costco, Sam's Club or just bulk on Amazon will all get you there.

The one bit of new-host advice I'd push hardest would be to nail your turnovers and your first handful of reviews before you worry about anything fancy. Those early five-stars are what carry your listing in the algorithm, so a spotless clean and quick replies matter more in month one than fancy toiletries ever will.
