Help!!! Listing Suspension with no reason other than 'technical problems'

Help!!! Anyone had this before and can assist me?? 
We have a listing with a full calendar for summer, all reviews are super positive and things are going great. 

3 days ago our available dates all got blocked out and we couldn't Re-Live them. 

Now the specialised team have started cancelling our bookings, we have someone due to check in tomorrow!! 

Any idea how I can fix this and fast? My only thought was that our last booking they struggled to make it, as it wouldn't let their booking sit, so air b&B cancelled the original request and then remade another, so I wondered if that has maybe counted against us
