Help how can I charge for utilities and internet on long term rentals?

I have some long term renters who want to stay at my place and I have discounted accordingly BUT for the long term renters, I really need to be able to specify that they pay for utilities and internet. How do I do this?? I do not see it anywhere on the site or interface??

@Sean1119 Simple answer is you can't which is just another example of why Airbnb is not suitable for long term listings. No contact, no deposit and no certainty of payment post the first month plus the fact you will be likely creating a tenancy is just a recipe for disaster.

Airbnb isn't really built for long term rentals and you can mention this to your guests in your approach to communicating the utilities and wifi charge. Explain what the rates are monthly and the reason you are charging them the price you decide on.
