Hi @Serah7!
Comgratulations! Cute property/
Suggestiom I think your Review RFatings at the Reeview Catagories is causing you sderious challenges. Happy Guests but Check in aznd Location you are scoring significantly below 5/
Llocation Happy Guests but no positive remarks of conveinant or great tourist spot. Every loczation is goog for a nertain market. You know the loczation, hyou have a lot of page for your ad tell your marfket so you get the right Guests. Can be anything maybe cheape, pparkind or near something not a tourist hit spot but has a large volume of peopled needing STR.
Check in No formal complaints that says just minor irratations but irratating that you got dinged. You need to review your process something is causing Guests feel unnecessary difficulties.
Thank you very much..av seen that most guest don't comment about my location nowonder...thanks for the helpful feedback
@Serah7 Welcome! To keep your unit booked, start by updating your listing with clear photos, a detailed description, and competitive pricing based on similar places in your area. Respond quickly to inquiries and make sure guests feel valued through friendly communication.
To improve the experience, focus on cleanliness, comfort, and small touches.. things like bottled water, local snacks, or a short list of nearby attractions can make a big difference. As you gain reviews, listen closely to guest feedback and adjust your space or process accordingly. The best hosts grow by improving a little with every stay.
