In one of the articles, it states, "In London, reservations of 90 days or more are not considered short-term stays per the 2015 Deregulation Act, and will not count towards your short-term limit."

So anything less than 90 days is considered short-term for London which means you can only have 90 days in total from January 1 to December 31 from what I understand.  You can do sort term and then try to get longer term guests on the Airbnb platform as you are not limited there.

Hi @Courosh0

I am not sure if you have taken a look at the resources that Airbnb already provides for people who are wanting to host in London.  I would start with these links.

Thanks David ,

I did read all information you posted but for LONDON (UK) still don't understand 90 days rule is that means in one go contract should not be more than 90 days OR it means the total of all booking for one year should not pass 90 days? which in this case not worth it the house only 90 days in rent per year!! in this case should i get some license to be exempt from this rule?

Thanks
