We've been hosting at our home and it's been great! But we are moving and still want to keep hosting remotely. As in we can still book guests, set prices, keep our cleaning lady and maintenance guy. Just wondering if any other host in Las Vegas is interested in some side money to be there for us on call in case of emergencies. ( like key emergency for example) Maybe an inspection every now and then. The in person things we can no longer do. We are still doing the other 90% of the hosting.
Co-hosting services charge far too much when we are still able to do most of it ourselves. We don't need someone to book guests or coordinate with cleaning and handyman. I'm thinking 600 flat fee? Not sure if that would be fair but it's negotiable. Feel free to counter offer.

The fairest way to do this is to pay someone a monthly retainer to do spot checks for the cleaners you're employing, handle restocking of toiletries and kitchen items and be on call in case of emergencies and then a an hourly call out fee for them to go to the property say to sort out maintenance issues or problems with guests . @Chelo38
Hi @Chelo38 😊,
Thank you for sharing this here.
Have you been able to connect with hosts from Las Vegas recently?
I would recommend connecting with them through our 👉Local Host Clubs.
Let me know how it goes!
