Hi Everyone. 

We are new to the concept of Hosting and have successfully listed our pent house in Hyderabad, India on Airbnb. 

Wanted to check if everyone around here takes the state government license before running it on Airbnb.

You can find out if your area has short term rental regulations by looking on your local government website . @Abhimanika0 

If there are regulations and you need a licence, you could be fined and face prosecution so absolutely don't operate without one , if a licence is required.
