Hi I was wondering if anyone has insurance companies they can recommend for a flat in Scotland. . I stay there too and rent a room...my current insurer and one other says they won't cover airbnb

JL Morris insurance brokers certainly operate in England and may well supply insurance to Scotland as well.

Are there any other suggestions? Admiral have a limit of less than 90 days for the year. I'd like the flexibility of more days

James could I ask...i have just called Admiral and they said the limit for total number of days one could have  any guests for  was 90 days all in.  Is that the same for you? I have had  guests for cumulatively over 100 days in a year

@Anne16693 Yes they have quite specific restrictions including the 90 day maximum and no more guests at one time than double your rooms
