Where can I find this form?  I am being instructed I need to submit this form in order to complete my Resolution Request.

@Charlie431 There was a thread about this in the past, but I’m unsure how to find it! I saved this form, maybe it’s what you need! If you find the thread, there was a link to this form.

I also have a hard time to find and fill out the request.
AirB&B send me emails and text messages about the missing "request form" that I HAVE to sign, but they wont attach it, and I cant find it.  😕

I had trouble finding the form also & finally sent in the info they asked for in detail with receipts.  I never got any reimbursement for the damages.  They said I had taken too long to do it.

They're supposed to link it in the email. This is the URL, replace the Claim ID with the one from your email subject line:

I faced the same issue like most of the comments here, where the link shared with me from the Aircover Team was not functional.
