Host-only Fee

Hi! As a host, how can I change my Airbnb service fee structure to a host-only fee? Thank you!

Are you seeking to have the fee Air BNB charges the guest to be eliminated?  You are not in control of that, but you could offer a refund upon check in that is equivalent to the guest fee for Air BNB.  Air BNB is going to get their fees no matter what and do not offer the refund until you are paid which is a day after the guest checks in.

For that, I think you need to sign up as a Pro-Host. The guest sees 'no fees' but they are charged to the Host and included in the accommodation charge. The Host then pays appropriate fee to Airbnb.
