Hosting PDF outside of Airbnb

Hi,

I am wondering if the usage of 3rd party platform to host a PDF guide is allowed. Nothing indicated on the ToS that it is forbiden, but I can find some guide on internet for some listing, for examples: **

Cheers,

If you are referring to a Host Guidebook and or House Manual for guests, many Hosts use DropBox or GoogleDocs and add the link to the document in their Check-in message. It will seem like the link is not "active" when adding to the the check-in message or after booking message, but when it is sent to a guest it is active and does work properly. Airbnb doesn't allow links in messages until after a guest books a stay.

Keep in mind that not all Airbnb policies are clearly outlined in the Terms of Service. Here are just a few:

Off Platform Policy and Fee Transparency

Accessibility Policy

Use and Disclosure of Security Cameras & Recording Devices

Rebooking & Refund Policy

@Edouard180 I don't really understand the question but if you want to take additional bookings outside of Airbnb that is absolutely fine. You can list on multiple platforms as well. You do need to make sure you don't get double bookings for the same nights or you will incur high cancellation costs.
