Hosting a house in Shiga Japan

Hi Everyone, 

 

Is there anyone who hosts a house in Shiga prefecture in the community?  What are rules re hosting there and are they different to Kyoto?  Thanks in advance

I think will really have to research the rules. A couple of years ago around 90% of Japanese listings were closed down as they made the permits needed too onerous to get.
