Hosting in Italy - Welcome Easy platform / Pay Tourist

I am British & a new host in Sicily & am trying to get organised with all the legislation before my first guests arrive. 
I was wondering if any other Italian hosts used either of the above platforms ( or any other) to make the job of reporting to the Questura & Istat easier? 
Any advice of how other hosts are doing this will be greatly appreciated

I am a host in Venice 😍 I do it manually on the Regione Veneto and Questura di Venezia websites, but unfortunately every Italian region has its own procedures ...
