Hosting in Trivandrum - legal regulations and licenses needed ?

Hi, 

I am new to airbnb hosting and want to list my home in Thiruvananthapuran, Kerala on airbnb. I am looking for specific guidance on the local regulations, licenses et al., that I need to get in place before I can list. I'd appreciate any hosts in Thiruvananthapuram who are experienced in this regard and willing to guide me on "what" is needed from a license and regulatory stand point with the local government.

As this is a global community, it might be hard to find a Host from a specific area. There are Local Host Clubs though - so it might be worth popping there for more area specific regulations and licences etc. Please let me know how you get on.

You have to do registration with KTDC for bnb license,

Obtain an NOC from nearest police station 

GST Registration will be required for revenue more than 20 lakhs.
