I was wondering if there were any host that I’ve ever provided a service to prepare your Airbnb prior to guest getting there such as adjusting the thermostat making sure there’s no snow or obstructions for them to get into the house, making sure that lockboxes are kept up the code Occasional drive-by to see how things are without stopping in. I would be pretty interested in doing something like that. I recently lost a good position in Phoenix and thinking of moving back to my Airbnb and staying there until I can afford to get a mini house put on my back quarter acre  if anyone has any info on this or is interested in it, please contact me through Airbnb thank you and happy new year
