Hello @Petra213 ,
I've been a host in Queens for over four years and obtained my STR license in November. Business has slowed down compared to last year, partly because many guests now opt for hotels due to the STR Law. Additionally, facing stiff competition from small family inns (Class B Dwelling) in my area, they are not required to follow this new law and they are undercutting average market prices significantly.
