Great Day Everyone!
One of the things guests often mention in their reviews is how clean, fresh, and inviting my space feels the moment they walk in. I take pride in keeping everything spotless and adding thoughtful touches that make a difference—like a light, pleasant scent that welcomes them and a special treat waiting in the unit to kick off their stay.
I also make sure guests know they can reach me easily by providing my contact information upfront and responding quickly to any questions or needs. My goal is to create a stay that feels effortless, comfortable, and cared for from beginning to end. It’s those little details—and genuine hospitality—that keep guests coming back whenever they’re ready!

Hi @Monique1234 ,

I really admire how intentional you are with every detail, from the fresh scent to the thoughtful treats. That personal touch definitely makes guests feel valued from the moment they arrive!
I also want to thank everyone who contributed to this thread—@Hasnul0 @Guy991 , @Artem-and-Anastasia0 , @Helen3, @Elisa , and @Ranveer1 . Your insights are so helpful and encouraging.
Personally, I focus on making my space feel clean, cozy, and easy to settle into. I always double-check lighting, fresh linens, and little conveniences like extra chargers, coffee, or a snack basket. Clear communication is key for me too—guests should feel supported but not overwhelmed.
I’ve picked up great ideas from all of you—like local guidebooks, smooth check-in tools, and the value of return guests. This thread is full of golden tips, and I’m excited to put a few into action!
What’s one small thing you added recently that made a big impact on guest feedback? Would love to keep learning from everyone here!
My greatest strength is cleanliness. I handle it personally to ensure everything is impeccable. The kitchen and bathroom are always spotless and shining, and the beds are made with fresh, clean sheets. I completely agree with everything Monique1234 has described.
I also like to leave a special welcome gift for my guests—a bottle of wine, local sweets, and nuts. My contact information is shared with guests in advance, and I always encourage them to reach out to me at any time if they need anything.
The first impression for anyone visiting a new space is what stays in people's memory. Thus, keeping a space clean, fresh and welcoming makes guests happy and eager to come again.

It’s clear you care deeply about your guests' experience, and I believe that level of care is what turns first-time visitors into repeat guests. Thank you for the motivation and great ideas!
Hi there,
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my experience with 30 years in hospitality industry.
There is no rocket science, all it needs is the focus, dedication & commitment.
Your guest need a nice clean room, hygiene is the essential factor no matter what is the size of your property, if you are able to provide the above to your guest, along with taking care of their choices like non-smoking, away from elevator, king size bed etc.
I am very much sure the guest will come back if they fee that they have been taken care off.
Hopefully it will help getting "repeated guest"
Best.
