How do you handle the increasing energy costs with existing or already accepted bookings?

@Frank167 You suck it up I am afraid. It is one of the many risks of running a business. Only possible thing to do is make sure all lightbulbs are low energy and possibly install a thermostat you can monitor/change remotely. We have a clever system whereby the heating settings are reduced if guests set, at they have done, the thermostat at 28C

Not sure suck it up will work when energy prices are so high especially the coming winter when guest leaving lights and heating on 24/7
