How can I rent by Airbnb

Hi guys my name is Paola and I use to be a super host, but unfortunately its not allow in my area. Someone can explain me please if I have to create a LLC?

@Paola2581. Hi Paola. Do you mean you are not allowed because you were not registered or because you arent eligible (eg zoning, not living there part of the time, etc)?

Obviously I am not a New Jersey host but here is a link to some info I found online- I have no idea if its up to date but you should also be checking with New Jersey city officials. They will also know whether their laws require you to set up an LLC or you can host in your own name.
