How do I change a quote to give a guest a special offer?

I need help. I have guests that want to book for 2 months,  but cannot find any place to change the airbnb quote to send them a Special Offer?

It was always easy to do?

If the guest has sent a booking request, ask the guest to retract it, then special offer should be possible.

If the quest has sent an inquiry, then special offer is possible immediatelly.

PLease note a 2 months stay is a long term stay, with special cancellation policy and payment terms.
