I am seeking guidance on how to direct my co-hosting income to different bank accounts. I'm receiving an error message when attempting to create routing rules from properties where I earn co-hosting income. However, I am able to successfully create routing rules for my personal listings.
I co-host properties in two different states and need that income directed to bank accounts in those respective states. Currently, my account only allows co-hosting income to be allocated under the “default” setting bank. As a result, the income is being incorrectly assigned across states on my 1099-K forms.
Any insight would be appreciated!
Hi @Hayden70
I guess you can only create routing rules for your own listings, but not for co-host income. The only work around I do transfer co-host income manually.
Thank you for sharing your experience here, @Patricia2526
@Hayden70, please let us know when you have a chance to read this. I’m also tagging a few more co-hosts to see if they use any other strategies: @Laëtitia-Stephy0 @New-Bern-Vacation-Rentals0 and @Elise43

Hi, @Paula!
I ended up needing technical support to fix a "bug" on their end. After that I was able to set appropriate routing rules for my co-hosting income.
