NY State is asking us for proof that we rent out our home as an Airbnb. Is there a contract we can download? I am looking for a place we can download our tax information, but I’m not finding it.

Hi @Will4590 Not sure what your referencing regarding proof for the State. I've been hosting for several years in NYS and haven't encountered that question.

I'm the APP, more menu, the top of my page shows earnings. If you delve into that, you'll find reports by listing. There is an option for last year's income that can be exported to Excel. AirBnb doesn't generate tax documents if you haven't passed $16,000 in receipts.
