How to adjust service fee to host to be charged only instead of split between host and guest?

It is an option on your Airbnb account (section payments-payouts, tab "fees"). If allowed you can change between the Service Fee structure.

The tab is called "service fee".

Maybe you have to activate "professional tools" also in your account.

But if it is not displayed at all, you do not have a choice. In some regions "Host-only fee" is not available.

Hi @Noelle209 

Do you have any 3rd party software attached to your account (channel manager)? If so, your account is automatically switched to the Host only option and you cannot choose the split fee option. (some exceptions listed in Help Article below):
