How to legally host an apartment in Morocco?

Hello dear community, I hope you guys super great.

I have an apartment that I'm planning to start hosting it for strangers and I'm confused about the law in Morocco.

If there is any Moroccan who is experienced as a host to share with me how to be legally hosting and is there any taxes that should be declared or paid ? If so, how to calculate that please.

Do you ask the guests for their identity?
