How to partner with hosts?

So for some quick context, I run a hotspot hosting operation in NYC in which I find tenants/landlords with spaces that have a decent view & elevation (the hotspots require that for optimal performance) in exchange for monthly payments. Up until now I've just been reaching out to individual tenants and landlords, but partnering with Airbnb hosts always seemed like an optimal alignment of interests. However, I have no idea how one might go about reaching out to hosts, as I am almost certain contacting via the original platform without actually seeking to stay somewhere would go against the T&S. Is there any appropriate channel or forum where I could potentially contact hosts or advertise this opportunity?
