Airbnb says they do not withhold federal tax if they have your tax information. If they don't have your tax information they will withhold 24%. I don't understand why they cannot withhold federal tax if they have your tax information. Has anyone else run... Latest reply by Mike-And-Jane0

Anyone that has a property listing in a county where Airbnb doesn't automatically collect taxes knows the playing field isn't exactly even. A quick search for the nearest 15 properties and not a single one is collecting the TOT. Has anyone addressed this? Latest reply by Good-Reviews-Only0
