Hi @Aharon11,
Welcome to the Community ⭐
I've tagged a few hosts that might be able to help:
@Sandra856 @Inger15 @Martin949 @Jacob987 @Rikke39 @Jacob231
In the meantime while we wait for their responses, here's a post you might find helpful on how to get started hosting.

Hi @Aharon11,
Whether you need permission is a question what kind of property you want to rent out. If it is your house og condo that you own, you can normally rent out as you like. If it is an “andelsbolig” you need permission from the board. If you are a tennant youself, you definately also need permission. Could you elaborate on which business case you are looking into?
regards
Jacob
Hi @Jacob987,
Thank you for your response. How long have you been hosting for?
Also, I've added a tag with Aharon's name to your comment. To tag someone, tap "@" and select the host's username from the dropdown menu. This way, they will receive a notification

@Jacob987 I would like to rent houses of other owners and they give me a commission.
Hi @Aharon11
I think you should set up the listings with you as a co-host. Then you can set up the split of the rent. I have not tried it, but I have seen the option
Best wishes
