Yes, the problem unsolved.
Six different payment methods would confuse anyone, especially Airbnb.
You need to be short, concise, and perfectly clear either Airbnb or else they won't understand.
Choose one payment method and keep after Airbnb to fix that one. Otherwise you start all over from scratch every time.
