Please help im a Super Host whosepayout was paused after 1year of successfully receiving my payout. I’m now owed for over 4 weeks and counting. I have been calling and message reporting my issue everyday without any progress. My case keeps getting escalated and I’m unable to reach a supervisor or even get transferred to anyone who can help with my case. I have gone through endless amounts of support ambassador who promise to escalate and help me with my issue.
This never happens and my case is typically closed a few hours after the call ends. I was told everything from there is a known bug in the system,
one manager called Jodel, admitted is their fault and has compensation to us and promised will not close the case, and promised everything will be fine and money will be definitely sent on Sep 28,2023
And says we have phone records, just no worries. Until now,
I’m still receiving more and more bookings. I called customer service just today and told them I can’t take on anymore expense from them until a payout date is released or someone that promises to call me actually does so! In fact they told me if I cancel my reservation they will charge me 50% of the reservation cost $1000s even though guest is willing to cancel.
How can Airbnb make me hopeless and want suicide like that… I can’t imagine and I can’t pay the electricity, water, salary, mortgage anymore. anyone can help
Until now, no one reply and no one care our case, I feel I never can take my money back……
manager tell us no need to update anything, as this will trigger something, this is cheating us, he even said everything has been fixed and has a bug in the system before.
and later, after 2 days ,he go away and close the ticket
And all other staff just need us explain again the case but just say sorry and not answer our questions stick to the point. and after waiting 60 hours we don’t have any reply, and then close ticket and I need loop and ask again. Anyone can help? It’s mean everything to me.

So sorry to hear you have had this experience. Have you heard anything back from the customer support team about your payout?

Would you please reach out to Alican Goskel and his team and sort these back end Internal within ABB systemic problems out for all of us who have been spun around by CS and the KYC spin?
It's simply unacceptable and has caused significant distress to many of us since at least June 2022 when these changes occurred.
It is not good for any person's reputation either that of ABB and of there Hosts.
