I need a mentor to help me to get my Turkish Permit

Hi, 
I am owning a House in Turkey , Sakarya . I applied to the Permit according to the new regulations. and I have some progress there . But, I am stuck at a point. 
can any host who does this help me to progress with my permit request and also teach me how to receieve the first guset (any registrations, invoicing, etc...).

I am stuck Here : 
I created the application in Ministry page : https://vatandas.ktb.gov.tr/ , they demanded some papers, I provided them , they said that document accepted and demanded me to transfer 7500+7500 TRY and upload Rcpt. I did , and status of application changed to "Document Created". 
1. I did not get any Certificate or License ! may be I have to wait more ? 
2. what afterwards ? just start working ? any other URL to register visitors ? 
3.  am I obliged to create invoices ? 

4. any annual Claiming of profit anywhere ?
