I need help

Hi everyone 👋

I’m new here and hoping to get some guidance from licensed operators in the group.

I recently submitted a unit for Holiday Home registration, but it was rejected because the unit manager name must match the owner’s name on the title deed, or the unit must be registered under a licensed operator.

If anyone here is a licensed operator or has handled a similar situation and wouldn’t mind advising or assisting, I’d really appreciate your help.

Thank you in advance 🙏

If you are cohosting the listing should have been set up in the owners name with yourself added as the cohost @Gbenga13

If you have done this correctly then there won't be an issue .

Hi Helen, thank you for the input. Just to clarify, I’m not a co-host; I am the tenant renting the apartment. I applied for the permit in my name, but it was rejected because the UAE authorities require the name on the application to match the name on the title deed. Unfortunately, I cannot register it in my landlord’s name as he is not a UAE resident, which is a requirement for the application.

Then it sounds as if you can sublet for STR as you can't meet the requirements @Gbenga13
