@Mark5023 I have to believe there is some huge legal/liability issue over experiences. Airbnb has been resolute in saying absolutely nothing about when new experiences might be allowed. Frankly its all very strange so I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

We paused submissions for new Experiences as our teams work on perfecting our core services. At this time, we don’t have a date to share regarding when we’ll accept new Experiences.
