I need help to figure out how can this issue be resolved. The Airbnb platform says that the identity has been verified and an agent also confirmed it. When the case was forwarded to another agent, s/he said that the verification is still in process. No information on how long it takes. Has anyone faced this situation? Any advice is much appreciated.
Hi @Smriti-Aniket0 , I had a quick look at your listing calendar and looks like it's available to book now. Did you manage to get this resolved with Customer Support team after verification process?
