Incline Village / Tyrolian Village

We are a host in Incline Village, NV in Tyrolian Village. Many of the Airbnb Host including us in our HOA believe we have new Board Members that are not Renting their homes out and are abusing their authority by just changing rules on their own and we the short term rental group are in the process of hopefully obtaining an attorney to draft a letter for the board to cease and desist their illegal activities. We are 
open for any suggestions on how to move forward or does AirBnb provide this service from your legal department?  We are hoping to act fast on this and need help ASAP.

AirBnB does not provide legal assistance or legal services. You did the right thing by hiring an attorney because only he/she can interpret the HOA’s articles and bylaws, and the laws for your specific area.
