Insurance for Scottish Property

Hi.  I'm looking to apply for a license to the local council to start Airbnb on an annex of our home.  Insurance and £5 million liability (as required by the Council) is coming in at £900 +  to cover our home buildings contents and the annex.  This sounds very expensive   can this be what we'll have to pay?

Yes commercial insurance is more expensive than standard home insurance @Lel466

Yes I'd had several quotes, most brokers I spoke with did not have insurers on their panel..

I was hoping the wider community might help with which insurers  to approach. 

As I said before,  my normal buildings and content insurance would be £700 - £1200 cheaper without cover for AIRBNB.
