Hi 

I rent out three bedroom in my primary home through air b &b in Ga. And also have a home in  which I rent out three bedroom as well to different guest.  Can anyone suggest a  reputable company which offers home owner  and liability insurance for short term rental. Contacted  several companies but no luck yet.

I'd speak to a local broker and ask for some hosts if you can't find anything online.

 

I'm in the UK so my insurance wouldn't be relevant for you @Mila1056
