Investing in California and searching before the right Airbnb information

Hello,

I was wanting to buy a house in California as an investment and rent it on Airbnb 100%. 

Is there a way to find out the areas that are rented the most and the most profitable?

Is there a way to search a city and see how many airbnb places and their yearly occupancy and profit?

I live in beautiful Oakhurst California (15 miles to the gate to Yosemite national park) and the air bNb’s here thrive! I have one myself,it’s newer and smaller . There is a beautiful home with a pool right next door (we live in the mountains so when I say next door ,I mean the road and a mountain over lmfao) anyways I know the one I’m referring to is busy busy and it rents on regular days/nights for about $500 per night! If you do buy here which I recommend of course ,feel free to contact me I’d be willing to co host/clean/help maintain for you! Ty -SamDawn
