Invoices for mediations and booking alterations

Hi there community!

My questions is about the quest to get an invoice for mediation requests and booking alterations from Airbnb.

I have been in touch with several agents of their CS, but the resolutions boiled down to "taking screenshots" from the transactions page.

Unfortunately this won´t do for the accounting. 

How do you guys deal with this? Any ideas are more than welcome, thanks you!

Not clear to me what you mean by "mediation requests"

You can download CSV files from Transaction History pages.

Or (filtered) reports from list of reservations, including VAT invoices in batch.
