Involuntary Nightly price changes!

I have notice my nightly prices changing without my consent. Is this effecting anyone else?

Funny you should mention it. I noticed my most recent last-minute booking had a discount of $25. I figured I should look at my pricing settings before I made a stink, as $25 isn't going to kill me, but now I'm curious...

@Leah50 Check your pricing settings. Sure enough, I have a 10% discount ($25) for last-minute bookings. I think many of these are set by default, so make sure your prices say what you intend!

Ive changed from $50 back to $35 2x, now.

Hi there,

Did you check your smart price settings? If that is on, Airbnb does the pricing. You would have to turn that off.
