Is Panama city beachfront condo a profitable investment?

Can anyone tell me the pro and con of the beachfront condo at Panama city beach, FL? It seems I couldn't get the number for the profit for the current high HOA, TAX, etc.

@Suzy0 The simple answer to your title question is no. Yes it will be profitable if you buy it for $1.00 Probably not if you buy it fr $10,000,000.00

Even if we knew the price then we have no idea what revenues you can expect or what your running costs will be.

Having said all that you can buy data from Airdna.com but wether you should build a business case on it is debatable.

If you have not owned a beach front condo at Panama City beach, you won't be able to to answer this questions.  Of course, you have no ideal what I was asking.
