Kyc - hold pay out

Hi team. Airbnb hold my pay out for two weeks already. I have 15 listing and unfortunately all of the pay out is on hold. 
It’s been a week since they process my kyc. Do you have any idea how long it takes, 

or similar experience to mine? 
Do Airbnb release the pay out at all?
