Hello B&B family can you guys help me understand in Florida or even in other states how are we to include a low speed vehicle with our Airbnb. Since a low speed vehicle is a registered licensed vehicle it’s not the same as a golf cart since it’s allowed to be on public roads up to 35 mph. The last thing that we want is any potential liability not being covered can you share some thoughts if you’ve already figured this out?
What do you mean "potential liability not being covered"? Is your LSV covered by your auto or home owner's insurance policy? If so, what are the restrictions for letting non-household members use it? Airbnb doesn't provide any type of insurance against liability or damages? As a host you must obtain insurance that provides coverage for short-term rentals.
Please note that this is forum for guests and hosts to share experiences and information, and no one works for Airbnb. You should take some time to become familiar with Airbnb policies:

@Walter310 Airbnb won't touch that with a 10-foot pole. Do not offer a motorized vehicle as in inclusive feature with your Airbnb.
If you have all of your insurance and liability coverage in order to legally rent out your vehicle to other parties, I suppose you could selectively offer it to your guests at a discount, as a distinctly separate business venture. But if access to the property requires guests to use this vehicle, rather than their own, you might find yourself in a bit of a pickle when something inevitably goes wrong.
I would love to speak with a host in Florida who is renting out their golf cart.
What are you doing about insurance?
Hey Janet I figured it out and can help direct you too.

Hello @Walter310 , I want to rent my insured and registered golf cart for a separate fee. Any learning from you would be great
