I have been texting, emailing, talking and texting with Airbnb customer support since mid-December. We are trying to get our brother's ID tied to our account in order to meet Airbnb's KYC verification.
My brother has uploaded his ID multiple times; customer support is unable to attach it to our profile. We have gone around and around and around with the same instructions and responses. They have not resolved it and offer no useful assistance. Our payouts are being held.
Do you have suggestions on how to get in touch with someone who can help, and/or have you ever had to threaten them with action to get them to respond?
