Limitation on my paypal account

Hello members, I am an Airbnb host in Kenya , been receiving the payments smoothly via PayPal but recently they indicated that my account had limitations and therefore I cant transact via PayPal, who happens to be  a host in Kenya with the same experience with PayPal  and how did you go about it?

Do consider in SA the Payoneer debit card to receive payment from Airbnb ?

This  payment method convenient, allowing one to withdraw cash at an auto-bank the same day the money was received.
