Location suggestions for Noida (India)

Hi Team,

I want to start this listing business, where in ready to list few propoerties.

However I need your help with some data if possible for you :-

- Location in Noida which is being searched by many users but has limited availability

- Avg booking price expected by customer for those locations or Noida City?

- Days where in most of the Airbnb are busy or booked? Is it weekend only or weekdays as well ?

- Do customer ask for half day or hourly booking as well ? if yes what are the Locations searched by them ?

If you want to  do market research for your STR business this is something you will need to carry out @Sanjeev59 

1. Read the useful community guides for new hosts on this community to understand how Airbnb works. Airbnb is for overnight guests. 

2. do your research on Airbnb to see what your competitors are charging in your location

3. you can look at websites like Airdna to find likely demand
